Before the session, she gets clear on what your group actually needs, then builds the soundscape around that. Crystal singing bowls, chimes, ocean drums, and grounding instruments layered together with breathwork and gentle somatic cues. The setup is cozy on purpose. She gathers all the blankets and pillows in your rental to create what the listing describes as a "sacred sleepover" vibe, everyone lying down, the bowls beginning to sing, the sound moving through the room and through the people in it. Optional add-ons like a cacao circle and oracle card pull can open or close the session with a little more ritual and intention if that's what your group is after.

What to Expect at Your Rental

The session is one hour, and Ashley arrives with everything. You don't need a studio or a special space. She works within whatever your vacation rental has, transforms it, and handles all the setup and breakdown herself, with an extra 30 minutes built in on either end so your group never feels rushed. Up to about 15 people can be accommodated in a standard session, and for larger groups or longer retreat-style experiences, she's open to custom arrangements. The only thing your group needs to do is lie back and receive.
