Planning a Nashville Bachelorette for a Forbes Writer
Bachelorette planning in a city as popular as Nashville sounds daunting in theory. After all, it has spiked recent years as America’s new party hotspot, taking on a new nickname in “NashVegas.” But you don’t need to hop from bar to bar down Broadway to have a good time — there’s plenty of options for those times that you wish the fun could come straight to your doorstep.

That’s we why totally backed Jordi and her group’s smart request of hiring a decor team to set up pink and white balloons that just happened to double as an Insta-worthy backdrop. The pros at Trove Hospitality lent their expertise with a bachelorette party decoration package, which included a classic pink and white “bride” balloon display, garlands, foil curtains, party props and more.
Private Chefs for Don’t-Lift-A-Finger Service
Regardless of whether the group wants to go all out and party or chill at home and hang, food will always be the main event. Jordi and her group loved our private chef vendors — so much so that they booked two chefs over the course of the weekend. Night one called for a taco extravaganza which the group opted for among a range of customizable pairings from Bitter Orange Catering. The cocktail/mocktail add-on was also much-needed after the groups day of travel and preparation. Charred pineapple passionfruit margaritas paired with taco meats like chorizo, grilled chicken, carnitas, and smoked brisket, plus lots of room to accommodate the group’s dietary restrictions made for a stress-free night of friend introductions and reminiscing tales about the beloved bride-to-be.
Next up, the girls continued spoiling their bride with private, customizable meals throughout the weekend — this time with a brunch menu by Chef Ryan before they could enjoy before they headed out a boat day. Just hear her rave about the service and you’ll be hitting “add to cart” in no time.
“Chef Ryan worked his magic while we relaxed. Watching him cook was like having a live cooking show in our living room. The table was set beautifully, with flowers and wine glasses, making every photo look like it was straight out of a lifestyle magazine. And the best part? Chef Ryan handled the cleanup, leaving our rental spotless. Stress-free and Instagram-ready!”
